Place the product in a baking pan without thawing. Then put it in a hot convection oven at 190°C. Wait untill the temperature to rise again and cook for 8 minutes.
Pour the product in a non-sticking pan, without thawing nor layering it. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes keeping the lid. Take the lid off and cook for other 5 minutes, stirring frequently and gently.
