Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "the Regulation"), this page describes the ways in which personal data are processed in respect of subjects who browse websites accessible online at the following address: www.orogel.com 

This policy does not include websites, pages or services which can be accessed online through hypertext links which are published in the websites but refer to resources external to the Controller’s domain. 

It should be noted that this Privacy Policy might be amended on occasion, as a consequence of new services being offered or of amendments to the Law; you are therefore advised to check on a regular basis any changes in this regard by referring to the said website. This page describes the procedures for managing the website in respect of personal data processing of subjects who browse it. The said policy is also provided according to Art.13 of the EU Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data for those who interact through the web services of “Orogel Società Cooperativa Agricola”, which are accessible online at the address privacy@orogel.it; any further and possible data processing is defined in the privacy statement and cookie policy corresponding to the home page of the official website www.orogel.com. 

The privacy policy covers only the website of “Orogel Società Cooperativa Agricola” and not the other websites which might be browsed by the data subject through the relevant links. This privacy policy is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 which the European authorities for data protection, members of the Group established by Art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, have approved on 17 May 2001, stipulating minimum requirements for personal data collection online, and, more specifically, the procedures, timing and nature of the information which the data controller shall provide to subjects when the latter browse webpages, regardless of the purposes of the said browsing.

Legal basis of data processing 

The personal data in this page are extracted by Orogel Società Cooperativa Agricola in order to carry out its activities. The execution of an agreement, meeting a legal obligation, as well as the pursuing of a legitimate interest are all legal bases which, depending on the data being processed on the said websites, shall be pursued. 

Data processing location 

The processing location of the services in this website is Italy, and they are managed by the following service providers: Websolute spa, which has developed the CMS (Content Management System), and linxs, in charge of data processing for integration activities and the implementation of marketing-related services and of the technical hosting part. They are also managed by other officers at Orogel Società Cooperativa Agricola, on the occasion of updating and maintenance operations. None of the data from the web services shall be divulged. All personal data provided on a voluntary basis by the subjects forwarding contact requests are used solely for rendering the service or performance required, also possibly through external service providers. 

Types of data processed and processing purposes 

Browsing data    

The IT systems and software procedures associated with the operation of this website, during their standard operation, receive some personal data whose processing is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. 

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by the data subjects, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation addresses of the resources required, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the answer sent by the server (delivered, error, etc.), as well as other parameters related to the operating system and IT environment of the data subject. 

These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the following purposes: 

Obtaining statistical information about the use of services (most visited pages, number of visits by time of day or date, geographical areas of origin, etc.);  
Check the proper operation of the services rendered. 

Data sent by the subject 

The optional, express and voluntary sending of messages to the contact address of Orogel Società Cooperativa Agricola, as well as the filling out and forwarding of forms on the website www.orogel.it, involve the acquisition of the sender’s contact data necessary for a response, as well as of all personal data included in the correspondence.

The data subject is entitled to apply for: 

a. the update, rectification or – if applicable – integration of the data;

Lodging a complaint 

Any data subjects, if they have reason to believe that the processing of their personal data through this website violates the provisions in the Regulation, are entitled to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, as stipulated by Art. 77 of the said Regulation, or to seek effective judicial remedy (Art. 79 of the Regulation).
