Put the frozen product onto a baking pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a preheated (180C) convection oven. Wait for the oven to reach the set temperature and bake for 7 minutes. Use as desired.
Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of EVO, cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Use as desired.
