Thaw the deep-frozen product, cut it into pieces and put it in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Put the frozen product onto a perforated pan in a pre-heated steam oven at 98C. Wait for the oven to heat up to 98C and steam for 7 minutes.
