Method

  1. Clean the shrimps and press them into bread crumbs with chopped garlic, rosemarym parsley, salt and pepper. Cook in a non-sticking pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Fry the battered veggie mix in a fryer.
  3. Compose the dish: put the chopped endive and add the shrimps. Serve with the battered vegetables and slices of lemon.
