Heat a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan. Arrange the frozen ARTICHOKES AND POTATOES in a single layer. Cover and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Uncover and cook for 4-5 more minutes, stirring frequently and delicately.
Brown ground pork or chicken breast bites or in a pan for a few minutes, season with salt and add a bag of ARTICHOKES AND POTATOES. Cook for 8-9 more minutes over medium heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
