Crostone con Fior di Rosette e Robiola

Ingredients

  • 250 g Florets in Bloom Orogel
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • extravirgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • chilli to taste

Method

  1. Prepare Florets in Bloom according to the packaging instructions.
  2. Stir the cream cheese in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, smashed garlic and some chopped herbs. Mix the ingredients until you have a nice and smooth cream.
  3. Toast the bread in a hot pan, spread the cream and add some florets.
