Spaghetti with Mediterranean Mix, capers and anchovies

Ingredients
1 box CREA TU Aubergines, Olives, and Semi-dry Cherry Tomatoes
240 g spaghetti
30 g desalted capers
20 g fillets of anchovies in oil
chopped parsley
Method
Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water and drain when it is still al dente. Pour the oil, the CREA TU mix, the capers, and the anchovies in a pan. Cook over a medium heat for 6 minutes with the lid on, stirring occasionally during cooking.
Add the spaghetti after boiling them with a little cooking water. Season the pasta with some chopped parsley.
