Ingredients

  • 1 Ready to Chef - Grilled Peppers,Courgette and Aubergine mix
  • 160 g basmati rice
  • 40 g feta cheese
  • 140 g chickpeas
  • spinach
  • lemon juice
  • garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • sesame oil

Method

  1. Cook in a pan the Easy for Chef Mix, for 6 minutes.
  2. Cook the basmati rice in some water.
  3. Make Hummus sauce beating chickpeas, sesame oil, garlic, salt and pepper, lemon juice.
  4. Add all the ingredients in a dish.
