Spinach Burger

Over 60% spinach in this vegetarian burger with a very delicate taste. It is excellent whether prepared in the oven and on the griddle. The 80-gram format makes it ideal for making creative vegetarian burgers to be served with sauces, fresh vegetables, or a classic side dish with potato chips.

Spinach 61%, sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT all-purpose flour, brewer’s yeast, salt), pasteurized EGG white, potato flakes*, Grana Padano cheese (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: EGG-white lysozyme), natural carrot fibre*, salt, white pepper*. May contain traces of MUSTARD and SOY. *ORIGIN: EU potato flakes; Non-EU carrot fibres, white pepper.

Directions

Ventilated oven 9 minutes

Spread the frozen product on a tray and place in the pre-heated ventilated oven at 190°C. Wait until the temperature reaches the setting and cook for 9 minutes. Remove from oven, add salt as desired and serve.

Fryer 5 minutes

Pour the frozen product into the fryer with boiling oil at 160°C for 5 minutes and cook until golden brown. Add salt as desired and serve.

Griddle 8 minutes

Heat the plate at 240 °C, place the still frozen product, close the plate and cook for 8 minutes.
