Method

  1. Boiled the basmati rice in some water. Season it with salt and oil.
  2. Cook the Light Veggie Mix with 3 or 4 spoons of oil. Cover it and cook for 7-8 minutes again.
  3. Season the sword with oil, soya sauce, lemon juice for 10 minute.
  4. Beat the avocado with lemon juice, pepper and salt. Add the sliced chives.
  5. Add the sesame seeds at the fish and cook them in pan for some minutes.
  6. Put all the ingredients together.
